We know everyone has been anxiously waiting to see if the Hernando County Education Foundation (HCEF) has been awarded the 21st CCLC grant for the next 5 years. At this time, the FL Department of. Education has not released the new award recipients. Additionally, the state has not provided a timeline or date to find out if HCEF will be awarded funding for this program for the next 5 years. As more information becomes available we will update our website and social media to keep everyone updated. If awarded, our programs will start within 30 days of the announcement.
We apologize for any invonvenience this may cause and really appreviate your patience and understanding! We are eagerly awaiting approval so we can jump into providing STEAM services to the community.
